Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

We take great care in packaging every order, and I understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item.

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I am unable to offer replacements for items damaged during shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and any damage that occurs in transit is beyond my control.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging including shipping label

We will review the information and, where appropriate, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
