Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped from our studio in Central Saanich, British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping transit times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We carefully choose the best shipping method based on your location.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Every order is carefully packed with love and attention before it leaves our studio. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We're also happy to assist by providing any information needed to help you file a claim.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges incurred during import.
